Our recent stay in Barcelona was unfortunately marred by trouble adjusting the temperature in our accommodations. Despite our best efforts, the rooms remained uncomfortably warm and required daily calls for remote temperature adjustments. We were informed that this new system was implemented for the winter season, but with temperatures at a moderate 17 degrees Celsius in November, it seemed unnecessary and inconvenient. While we appreciate warm rooms, this experience was unacceptable.
The service at the reception was exceptional. Our first night was a bit disrupted due to noisy scooters on the street, as my partner and I are both light sleepers. However, Valentina went above and beyond to find us a quieter room and generously upgraded our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs, as we were able to walk to many places. Our five nights were peaceful and undisturbed. For those planning a longer stay, there is a convenient and clean laundromat right across the hotel called "Splash". We were impressed with the included detergent and the ease of using the machines with a credit card. While our laundry was being washed, we were able to quickly shop at the nearby grocery store. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
The accommodation during my trip was very pleasant, especially the breakfast service and the pool area on the 7th floor with its lovely outdoor setting. I must say, the distinct and delightful scent in the lobby of the hotel added a unique touch to the overall experience. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. What was particularly convenient was the option to have an early check-in for a small charge, which proved to be very helpful.
Located in an ideal spot, the hotel boasts a picturesque view with Sagrada Familia in the background, perfect for taking selfies. The rooftop is truly stunning and we are already planning to return during the summer to fully enjoy it. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. We highly recommend the breakfast buffet, as it was exceptional and definitely worth it.

During my time in Barcelona, I had an incredible experience at the hotel I stayed at. The lobby was spacious and impeccable, while the receptionist and staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The breakfast they provided was also top-notch with a diverse range of options from delightful pastries to refreshing juices. The location of the hotel was also ideal, only a short distance from the iconic Sagrada Familia. If I were to return to Barcelona, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
