My experience at this hotel was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with an array of dishes to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. Taxi services were conveniently located at the entrance, and the rooftop bar provided stunning views of the city, with a magnificent backdrop of La Sagrada Familia.
A very well maintained hotel with helpful staff and a great location. We were also very appreciative of the nice gesture during our stay. We can highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely be staying here again when we're in the city.
This hotel is a great find! Just a few blocks away from the Sagrada Familia and metro stations, it is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, making it a great escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The pool is simply stunning, and the rooftop patio and bar is also impressive. Inside, the rooms are beautifully decorated and have plenty of storage space, including clothing shelving, suitcase spots and hanging rods. The bathroom is modern and the shower is spacious. Security is discreet, and you won't be disturbed by other guests as the hallways are very quiet. Plus, there are lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. You won't regret staying in this hidden gem.
This hotel offers a great location, but the customer service could use some improvement. The barman at the rooftop bar was not at all helpful and kept complaining about how busy he was, even though it wasn't. Additionally, the fridge was reported broken to reception, but it was not fixed during our stay. A few tweaks could make it a more enjoyable experience.
