? I would suggest researching other options before booking a stay here. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer much better experiences. ? Our check-in experience was unfortunately met with extreme rudeness from the front desk staff. ? The rooms are quite small, making it difficult to maneuver, and the food is overly expensive. ? The location is decent, but overall, it was not a great decision on our part to stay here. ❌ Unfortunately, I was also unable to leave a review on their website, adding to our disappointment.
During our recent trip to Barcelona, my partner and I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel. The service we received was top-notch, starting with the friendly and helpful bell desk and porters. We were impressed when they spotted us from across the street and rushed over to assist with our luggage. One particular staff member stood out, though I cannot recall his name, he was truly exceptional. The location of the hotel was fantastic, everything was within walking distance. Thanks to my Marriott membership, we were upgraded to a spacious room which was greatly appreciated. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable and I find myself missing it. While the front desk staff was decent, the check-in process could have been a bit quicker. The rooftop bar was a nice spot to start our evenings, with a diverse crowd and decent atmosphere. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with our stay and would happily return to this hotel in the future.
?? Had such a fantastic stay in Barcelona! The hotel was in the perfect location - just a hop, skip, and a jump away from La Ramblas shopping and tour buses. ?️? I was able to leisurely explore the area and visit some amazing shops and restaurants before embarking on my cruise. ? The room service was a lifesaver for those lazy mornings and late nights, and the staff provided top-notch service throughout my stay. ? Thank you for a wonderful experience!
? The hotel was perfect for a peaceful family vacation. Its location in the city was so convenient, just a short 10-minute walk to the metro that can take you anywhere you want to go. ? Shoutout to Johana and Dani who provided us with outstanding service at the front desk. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay, and thanks to Johana's suggestion, we were able to enjoy a lovely beach day in Sitges (which was easily accessible by metro). ?️ Overall, we had a wonderful experience!
During our recent trip to Barcelona, our tour group had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that provided exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our specific requests for our banquet and breakfast. The banquet staff, led by Gabi, were incredibly attentive and made sure that everything was to our liking. The front desk staff were also very helpful in catering to the needs of our group.
