Staying at the Renaissance Barcelona Hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything from the staff to the facilities was five star. The rooftop bar had gorgeous views and the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail. Our room was a spacious suite, allowing the kids to have their own space. The rooms were well appointed and very quiet. The bar staff were delightful and their whiskey sours were amazing! The door staff were also very friendly. Lastly, breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options that were freshly made each morning. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!
The Renaissance Barcelona Hotel was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was greatly appreciated the upgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was kept spotlessly clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. From the hotel I was in walking distance of some great attractions, and the concierge provided me an excellent range of recommendations. All in all, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely be returning.
The Renaissance Barcelona Hotel was a wonderful place to stay during our trip! The location was spot-on, providing easy access to everything the city has to offer. The room was the perfect size for two people, and the minibar (which was restocked daily with soda, water and beer) was an added bonus! We were unfortunate enough to get sick during our stay, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to get better. Magda from housekeeping was absolutely amazing in taking care of us daily, and we will never forget her kindness. Karen, who we were welcomed by at check-in, was also very friendly and helpful with her perfect English and warm smile. Breakfast was good, and we were welcomed every morning by Paola. We'd happily stay at the Renaissance Barcelona Hotel again for its amazing hospitality, perfect location and convenience.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Barcelona Hotel and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with names such as Jose Maria and Montse in the breakfast room & front desk respectively, going out of their way to make customers feel at home. The location is great - close to everything but just far enough away from the tourist crowds. The room was upgraded and spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, plus a nice bathroom with a separate shower. The hotel itself is very pleasant and quiet, despite the ongoing construction in the adjacent streets. The breakfast buffet selection was varied and adequate, offering something for everyone. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a business or pleasure trip in Barcelona.
