The receptionist at night, Yvan, was the most proffesional and helpfull. I missed my fligth and was very upset. He was kind, comfotring and patient. It was like seeing a close fiend on a bad day. He goes above and beyound his duties. He takes his responsabilitys very seriusly. When I came back to Barcelona I choose this hotel and was so happy to see Yvan's smailing face to greet me once again. He deserves a big rase and recogntion for his deddicacón to his job and to the hotel. I hope you appreciatte this amazig man. Deborrah Underwood, LMFY.

I had a less than satisfactory experience at a hotel I recently stayed at in Barcelona. When I made my reservation, I was required to provide my credit card information as a "booking guarantee". However, upon check-in, I decided to pay in cash (160 Euro). The next morning at check-out, I confirmed that everything was settled and was told that it was. To my surprise, two days later, I noticed a charge of 4 Euro on my credit card for using the minibar, which I never did during my stay. Personally, I feel this is fraudulent. From now on, I will be much more cautious about where I share my credit card details.

My experience at the Salles Ciutat del Prat Barcelona Airport Hotel this evening has been nothing short of fantastic! Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and I ended up missing my connection. After realizing the lines at Vueling were too long, I quickly scrambled to find a hotel near the airport. However, upon arrival at the reception, I realized I had booked the wrong dates and the hotel was fully booked. That's when Ivan, the Reception Manager, stepped in and went above and beyond to assist me. He provided me with alternative hotel options and when those didn't work out, he kindly offered for me to stay in the lobby, where he made sure I was comfortable by offering me a drink and even some fruit. Despite my short stay, the hours in the lobby flew by and I'm grateful for Ivan's exceptional hospitality. I will definitely be booking this hotel again the next time I'm in Barcelona. It's truly difficult to come across such kindness, but you can experience it firsthand right here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Barcelona, and I must say, it was a great choice for the end of my trip. The rooftop sunset bar was absolutely breathtaking and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport (just remember to reserve your spot during check-in) was a lifesaver. My room was nice and peaceful, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom was top-notch.

This hotel near the airport was a solid option for a comfortable stay. The rooftop bar was a nice bonus, with reasonably priced drinks. Street parking next door was a free convenience. However, it was disappointing to have to pay for a small bottle of water from the minibar. For the rates charged, it would be expected to be complimentary.
