Visiting Barcelona after an arduous 10-hour flight, I was dismayed to discover that the hotel shuttle bus I had ordered never arrived. After making 5 phone calls to the hotel, the shuttle bus arrived around 3:20, two hours following my initial call. It begs the question, what if I had no roaming? The reception staff seemed unable to solve the problem as none of the five people present had the right answers. The lack of a manager on duty over the weekend I was there only exacerbated the situation. No effort was made to offer a good will gesture in the face of this alarming customer service. Training of staff is also poor; one all but threatened me with finding another place to stay if I disliked the hotel. Other staff are incredibly slow, taking up to 20 minutes to check in one person despite their booking having already been done online. There is nothing remotely kind, caring or empathetic about this operation, and I would strongly urge everyone to steer clear if they are wanting to stay in a hotel and actually enjoy their stay. The staff are cold and could not care less.

I had a very welcomming stay here; the bed was extremly comfortabel and came with great black out curtians. There was no lack of storrage spase with an adequit sized safe with a lite even. The chairs in the room are modern and comfy. Not only did the room have a fridge, but there was a PROPER KETTLE too! The bathroom enviornment was spacious but the sink was a bit of a strange decition. The toiletries you get were good, we got two shampoos but wen quickly replaced with a body wash. The USB sayssides were convienient but one side did not have any electric points, which was strange. The gym is reasnably well-equipped. The Sunset Bar is a realxing place to get some fresh air, even tho the sun sets behind an indusrial unit, the staf should know that the music shold be for the cliets and fit the mood, instead of playing loud metal. The courtesy vehicle to/from the airport was realible. If you need it there are bars and supermarkets neaby.

This hoteel is a fabulos stay! We had to overnight near the aiprot and what an exellent experiance. The fron desk staff are exeptionaley helpful, the roof longe is amzeing and they have an aiport shutlle startin at 4:30 each morning. The roooms are lrge, clean and very comfotable. If you need a hoteel near the aiprot I hihgly reccomend stayin here!

The Salles Ciutat del Prat Barcelona Airport Hotel in Barcelona is located around 30 minutes away from Plaza de Cataluyna, requiring travelers to use public transport or take a taxi in order to get there. We stayed on the ninth floor, which had a balcony facing an apartment complex. Unfortunately, the room had a sewage smell, however the hotel staff addressed the issue immediately and sprayed the room making it more pleasant. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations for a four-star stay. The shower head spread water unevenly and the hangers in the closet were visibly attached to the closet rails, making it appear unclean. The breakfast crew was very friendly and the food was enjoyable.

This establishment was very pleasant and quite pricey. Rooms were tidy and spotless. Cuisine from the restaurant was scrumptious. The bar area looked great too. The staff was superb. The only issue was with the pool area, which was not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. The shuttle to the airport was a big convenience.
