The Salles Ciutat del Prat Barcelona Airport website promised a great stay but when I arrived, it wasn't so. It talked about how there is a nearby gastronomic area but in reality, this was a working-class outdoor area with fried food. Although I'm not accusing the food of being bad, I do think it's misleading to call it gastronomic. The room was in a reasonable condition, however, it was incredibly noisy. The pillows were like pieces of rubber and very uncomfortable, and every time the neighbor closed the door, it shook the entire room. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless it was for the free transfer to and from the airport.
Room seems ok, however, small in size.
We stayed at Salles Ciutat del Prat Barcelona Airport for 2 nights and overall it was an ok experience. The shower temperature was really inconsistent; hot water followed by really cold water. What really turned out to be an inconvenient, though, was that from midnight onwards there was no water to flush the toilet, so we had to manually flush it with bottled water. The room size seemed fine, but a bit small. Our friend who suffered from bladder and kidney problems also faced a lot of troubles as they had to manually flush every hour they went to the toilet.
