The Via Sants Hotel Barcelona, Tapestry Collection By Hilton, proved to be more of a disappointing experience than expected. Upon my arrival, I was unpleasantly surprised by the excessive check-in waiting times that exceeded a full hour, as well as homeless people accessing the reception area looking for a place to sleep. It is clear that the check-in staff and related operations require closer review, as no customer should have to endure such long delays or uncomfortable circumstances.
✔️Had an amazing stay at this hotel, the rooms were spotless and staff were incredibly friendly and professional ?. Food was delicious and it made for a great business trip or getaway ?. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back ?!
The rooms were spacious enough and very clean.
The location of this hotel was excellent, it was easy to locate with a metro station, car rental and city bus nearby. The personnel were warm and helpful, they provided all the needed advice and even more. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel and it was the right choice. The accommodations were spacious and spotlessly clean.
This hotel is situated just above a train and subway station, providing excellent transport links to the airport and other parts of the city. The surrounding area doesn't have much to offer in terms of attractions, however, it does have a few shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel everything is clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is really good and the Wi-Fi connection is also satisfactory. The only issue is that it can be difficult to locate the entrance to the hotel on the train/subway level.
If you're in Barcelona, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel! It's right on top of the train station, so you have easy access to restaurants and buses. The Hop On Hope Off Bus stop is just across the street. The breakfast buffet has plenty of delicious options, and you won't be able to resist having seconds. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable.
