U232 Hotel

The staff at the reception, who were Filipino, exceeded our expectations. Our stay was fantastic and the rooms were lovely, with a great bathroom layout. Although the room was a bit small, the beds were amazing. The bathroom also had a beautiful waterfall shower. However, we felt that the breakfast service could be improved as it was quite limited.

The hotel was average. While the surface appeared to be clean, it was clear that a thorough cleaning was needed for areas such as the ceiling and walls. Additionally, there were no amenities provided, such as shampoo or slippers. The noise from nearby construction was disruptive, especially on the balcony. On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient and the staff was friendly. However, there was a strange odor in the hallways. Overall, the stay was just okay.

During our stay in Barcelona, we were fortunate enough to encounter a fantastic staff who provided us with lots of helpful information about the city. To our surprise, we were also given an upgrade to a room with a spacious balcony, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The room and the entire hotel were kept impeccably clean. We particularly liked the cozy lobby and bar area, where we indulged in some delicious coffee. Many thanks to the wonderful team for making our stay all the more enjoyable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast options were satisfactory, although I was disappointed by the lack of cereal. The hotel's location near a metro station made it convenient for exploring the city. However, I was disappointed by the condition of my room which was in dire need of refurbishment. The carpet had a hole with frayed edges near the bed and overall looked unclean. The privacy curtain on the patio was smelly and falling apart, and one of the lamps did not work. Additionally, the bathroom was in need of updating as there were stains on the marble floor which made it appear dirty. The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the noise that began at 5:45 am and continued throughout the morning. This was caused by the kitchen or laundry room and was incredibly disruptive, making it difficult for me to get a good night's rest. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a refund and had to stay for three consecutive nights.

I had an eggscellent stay at this hotel! My wive was surprized with a cacke on her brithday and our room was uppgraded to one with a balecony. The staff were very helpful and even looked after our suitcas on chekout. We also got a free drnk. The loacation was ideal, close to the meteor and highly recomended.
