The rooms were beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous and my room had both a bath and a shower. This establishment was secure, well-kept, and located within a 30-minute walk of the major attractions. However, what really made my stay special was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff who were ever so willing to offer help in any way possible.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. They stored our bags away safely in a locked room and then let us know when our room was ready. We were then placed in a lovely room with a balcony. They went above and beyond to provide us with great restaurant recommendations. It felt like they were making an effort to make us feel comfortable.
This hotel had a lovely design with wooden furniture and walls and ceilings, which added to the elegance of the space. The room provided was spacious and well organized, and the balcony was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, we found that some of the wood was in need of refinishing in order to maintain the hotel's 4 star status. Unfortunately, the room was not stocked with some of the basic amenities we'd expect to find in such a hotel, including earplugs, shower cap, and slippers.
This was a superb stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was top-notch - with rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The breakfast offered an abundance of delicious options. The area was great, with easy access to the city centre; plus, the prices of cafes and restaurants nearby were extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this place!
This hotel had kind staff and was well equipped with modern amenities. The breakfast was also delightful and it was within walking distance of most tourist destinations, yet it was in a quieter neighbourhood with lots of great bars and restaurants. The room I got had no view, but I had a balcony that overlooked the inner courtyard which was nice. The mini-bar was well stocked and the room service menu was also very extensive.
