Overall, Arc La Rambla is a great hotel with a convenient location. The breakfast had good variety and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one receptionist called Sonia was not helpful and rude when we asked to move rooms. We eventually ended up with a terrace room, but it was rather jarring to be treated in such a way. After that situation, our stay was enjoyable and we would stay again as long as Sonia is not at the front desk.
