My daughter and I spent our spring break at this particular accommodation and found it to be incredibly comfortable and well situated. Incredibly, when we were hit by a flight delay resulting in a need to stay one further night, they managed to locate a spare room for us at very short notice. A truly wonderful customer service experience!.
We had an excellent stay at Arc La Rambla. We were able to check in early and the staff were so accomodating. Our room was comfortable and clean with a great patio for us to enjoy a tipple and some cheese each night. It was perfectly located for us to take a leisurely stroll down the Rambla and explore the nearby Gothic neighborhood and the hotel kindly supplied us with city and walking tour maps. All in all, it made for a wonderful stay.
We had an amazing stay at Arc La Rambla! The view may not have been ideal due to the construction across from us but the room, especially the bathroom, was marvelous. The bathroom was huge and had excellent toiletries and amazing towels. The breakfast was very delicious, with lots of different choices. Plus, the coffee was so good. Service at the breakfast room was great! We were in the middle of Las Ramblas, surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping, and public transportation was a breeze – the bus stop was, literally, right outside. Even the tourist hop on hop off bus had a stop close by. This hotel was the perfect place to stay for our trip!
We absolutely loved our stay at Arc La Rambla! The room we stayed in (309) was just perfect - spotless and cozy. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was unbeatable - perfect for sightseeing and nightlife. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel!
Pros: Impeccable location, friendly and professional staff, nice and clean room, adequate pricing. Cons: AC was quite bad in room (#413), sound insulation was not ideal, the dark colour of the ceiling gives an impression of the room being smaller than it really is. In conclusion, I would definitely stay again.
