As travelers visiting Barcelona during Halloween, we were thoroughly impressed by the modern rooms, trendy decor, and breathtaking rooftop bar. The hotel went above and beyond with festive decorations, which added to the holiday spirit. Personally, I couldn't resist trying their Halloween-themed cocktail, which did not disappoint. The staff provided excellent service and our accommodations were impeccably clean.
The accommodation was extremely modern and boasted several impressive amenities in its lobby. Our room was cozy and well-kept, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Regrettably, the air conditioning proved difficult to operate, resulting in uncomfortably warm temperatures that made it challenging to sleep. Additionally, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel gave off a slightly uneasy vibe, although we did manage to walk to and from dinner without any issues due to the bustling crowds. Overall, we likely wouldn't choose to stay in this area again, but for reasons unrelated to the hotel itself.
My stay at the "Barceló Raval" Hotel in Barcelona was absolutely superb. My partner and I stayed for 4 nights before embarking on a cruise and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were fabulous and located on the 9th floor, providing us with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast options were delicious, with the fresh omelettes being a personal favorite. We also had the pleasure of enjoying two lovely evening dinners at the hotel's restaurant. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from La Rambla, two different metro stations on separate lines, and local restaurants. Although the area may be considered "interesting", we always felt completely safe during our stay. And of course, the highlight of our stay was the stunning 360 degree views of Barcelona from the rooftop bar (not to mention the delicious gins). I highly recommend the "Barceló Raval" Hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona.
This hotel, located in the Raval District, may surprise you. Despite its not-so-great reputation, don't hesitate to stay here. The hotel itself is of high quality in all aspects. The rooftop terrace is particularly stunning. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay and would gladly return.
The location of this hotel is perfect, making it very easy to find and explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service, including great recommendations. The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, with a lovely television. The highlight was definitely the multi-purpose shower, which was both fantastic and very hot. However, the pool was on the smaller side and as the day went on, it became less appealing due to the nearby bar. Nonetheless, with such a packed itinerary, I only had one opportunity to use it. If you do stay here, the 360 view is a must-see.
