I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. From the friendly staff to the funky decor, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel itself provides a secure environment and the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking 360 degree views of the city. To top off the experience, you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail and watch stunning sunsets.
The staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were very modern, clean and spacious - plus, the hotel had a roof top pool and bar with amazing views of the city. The breakfast was self service, with food that was only just warm. It's important to note that this is not a particularly safe area - street robbers do frequent the area, so steer clear of wearing any gold. In my case, I was attacked only 3 meters from the hotel door at 9.45am and had my gold chain ripped off my neck. I strongly recommend that you take a taxi to and from the hotel, and do not loiter in front of it.
The rooms are very nice but there is barely any storage for clothes. The windows have metal grating covering them that adds to the atmosphere, but could make one feel like they are in jail. The same door is for the toilet and closet, making it difficult to use both at the same time with a travel companion. Breakfast is ok but could use more variety. Scrambled eggs every day taste like they come out of a box. The manager, however, is a total standout and will do everything they can to fix any problems that may arise. WiFi is unreliable.
Unusuall but nivel hotel with loveley stuff but felth a bit unsaife arounf the hote. Ther were alot of yuong men who were not Spanich who were quie intimadating. Everthing elce was relly gud especialy the staf.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was so comfortable and we would come back again in a heartbeat. Its location is also unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the city centre. Highly recommended!
