For the second year in a row, I've had the pleasure of staying at this phenomenal accommodation. The staff is second to none; their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile are exemplary. Just like last year, when I was there celebrating my birthday on a solo trip, I was surprised to find a cake waiting in my room. Again, I was personally taken care of and couldn't be any happier. From the bar staff up on the roof who feel like old buddies, to the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms and plush bedding - this place really is one of a kind. In addition, the surrounding area offers a unique fusion of cultures. Whenever I'm in Barcelona, this is where I choose to base myself - thank you!

The room was decent, and the breathtaking views from the rooftop bar were remarkable. Located only two blocks away from the famous Las Ramblas, which boasts a plethora of restaurants and bars, this hotel was an ideal spot to stay. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel left us feeling a bit uneasy, despite being experienced travelers. Overall, we found it to be a reasonable value — the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Barceló Raval in Barcelona for our honeymoon! We were very impressed with the modern, unique decor and the great service provided by the reception staff, in particular Natasha and the Assistant Manager Gabrielly Lacey. We had an amazing experience in the 360 skybar on the rooftop which offered a stunning view of the city. The hotel was impeccably clean and modern, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy selections. We would highly recommend this hotel for any occasion!

This hotel boasts clean facilities and great rooms. The gym is also of good quality. Unfortunately, the staff are incredibly rude. On multiple occasions, they pushed past without saying a word, and rarely smiled. This poor level of customer service was especially prevalent at breakfast and the terrace bar. On two nights, all three staff members were present and yet barely acknowledged customers. Although I had stayed here before, I would look elsewhere in the future. If you're planning on visiting, definitely don't buy a drink from the terrace bar - the wait time was at least 10-15 minutes due to people from outside the hotel, and the staff are unpleasant. Bring your own drink if possible.
