What a disappointment. As life time platinum members, we were looking forwards to our stay here, having had a wonderful experience previously. We did not anticipate a problem in bringing our little child along at the last minute, yet upon arrival were refused entry and denied a refund. Such a shame to have had our second experience at this boutique hotel be so negative. We are currently staying at the Mondrian Oriental, which is far superior in every way and much better situated. We highly recommend it.
I had a great time during my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, and their breakfast was delicious. The staff were really accommodating and always willing to help with whatever I needed. One employee in particular was outstanding - Reyes.
This was an incredible hotel that made us feel like royalty. We stayed here over the course of our honeymoon for three days and had a fantastic experience. Reyes was delightful and kindly assisted us throughout our stay - from taking care of our luggage to hailing us a taxi. He was always very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist was also very hospitable.
The moment we got here, the staff and bellhops were so attentive and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. Fran, the pool attendant was incredibly welcoming and understanding of what a tired, jetlagged traveller is going through. The pool area was a great spot to relax until our room was ready. We had dinner and drinks at the main restaurant and it was amazing - I had the sea bass with vegetables which was so delicious. Our courtyard room was perfect for sleeping, with a bed that was so comfortable - I'm usually very picky! I can't wait to come back and use this place as a base to explore more of Barcelona - what a treat!
This hotel was really top notch. From the welcoming check-in staff who made sure we were well looked after, to the helpful Reyes who offered to take our bags and give us tips on the local attractions, it was a truly pleasing experience. Not to mention the food - the breakfast was incredible, and the restaurant staff were always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed. Our stay was absolutely perfect!
