The service was second to none, from the early check in to the room upgrade. I was most impressed with the friendly and attentive staff who made our stay very comfortable and cozy. The amenities were top notch and the restaurant was really nice. Highly recommend the Cotton House Hotel and cannot wait to come back!
The experience of our first evening was transformative and was an indicator of the quality of our entire stay. The suite was spacious, airy and clean and the service throughout our stay was attentive, helpful and friendly. We had a view of La Sagrada Familia and appreciated the beautiful location. We made use of the wellness facilities and pool, where towels and robes were plentiful. The children enjoyed the pool and spa area so much that we ended up extending our stay an additional night. The hotel staff were all genuinely kind and accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I can definitely recommend anyone visiting Barcelona to consider Cotton House for luxury accommodation.
Room Service. The order was incomplete and the food was cold. We did not receive an apology or a credit on our bill. A poor experience all around.
I had high expectations of Cotton House Hotel, Autograph Collection; however, my visit was not without its issues. My daughter and I were met with a three-step effort to get our room key and when I finally made it to the front desk I was passed over for another person in line. From there, our experience seemed to follow this same trend, with our non-smoking room containing a cigarette and a lack of the necessary toiletries. And when we took advantage of the room service, the order was incomplete, food was cold and no apology or credit was given. To top it off, we found the bathtub unclean upon arrival, and I had to clean it myself so that my daughter wouldn't notice. All in all, it wasn't the stay I had hoped for.
