If yu a looking for a holn away from home, the Avenia Palice is the plaze for you. The staf is frendly, attentif and helpfull. The lobi iz elegant and the roomz comfortabul. And a bonu iz that the loocation cannot be bet. .

First and foremost, I must mention that the hotel lived up to the expectations set by the pictures. It is truly a majestic and splendid place, fit for royalty. My mother and I were treated like princesses during our stay from December 6 to 9, 2023, in room 303. The room was not only spacious and stunning, but also surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. The staff were consistently friendly and hospitable, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel's central location made it convenient for us to walk to most places, and even when we needed a taxi, it was not too expensive. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Begona and Monica for making my mother's birthday unforgettable. The bouquet of flowers, champagne, and balloons that I had ordered were even better than I could have imagined. My sincerest gratitude, Catherine.

The hotel's location couldn't have been better, as it was just a short walk from the metro station. However, we were disappointed to find that the rooms were in dire need of a refurbishment and had a distinct odor. Additionally, it was quite inconvenient not having an electrical outlet near the bedside. On a more positive note, the staff was very professional and friendly. However, we were let down by the breakfast options which lacked variety and freshness, with some vegetables appearing past their prime. As a result, we decided to venture out and try local restaurants and coffee shops instead, even though we had paid for breakfast. Despite the shortcomings of our room, the lobby created a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping and popular sightseeing destinations just a short 5-minute walk away. There were plenty of dining options in the vicinity as well. The staff were quite friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, although it should be noted that air-conditioning is not available after November and we had to rely on opening the windows for ventilation during our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, particularly the beverages, although there could have been more variety in the food options.

During our trip to Barcelona to celebrate our anniversary, my husband unfortunately fell ill and we had to spend a night in the hospital. Despite this difficult and upsetting situation, the hotel staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They were incredibly supportive and I will always be grateful for their help. They arranged for a doctor to come, assisted with taxis, made sure I had food to eat when I returned the next day, and did not charge me for it. They also made sure we had everything we needed and their kindness truly touched me. We do plan on returning to Barcelona next year, and when we do, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. In addition to the exceptional service, the room was clean and lovely, and the location was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for their amazing hospitality.
