During our recent trip to Barcelona, we were thoroughly impressed by the overall ambiance of the hotel. Its tasteful interior design and convenient location near popular attractions left us in awe. The hotel staff was incredibly courteous and proficient in their service. Our room was generously spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We would like to express our gratitude to the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Zornitsa and her team. Zornitsa's warmth and hospitality exceeded all our expectations, making our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the near future. Thank you for everything.

We were even more impressed when the guest relations staff member ? went above and beyond to help us retrieve an electronic item ? that we lost during our trip from Madrid to Barcelona. During our trip to Barcelona, we encountered some challenges at the hotel we stayed at. The hot weather, with temperatures reaching above 75 degrees, added to our discomfort. We always make sure to book a hotel with air conditioning, but unfortunately, this one did not deliver on that promise. Despite having it advertised, the air conditioning was not available during our stay. Our small room, situated in a corner, had no breeze and was very unpleasant during the day and even more so at night. Returning to our room after a day of exploring the city, we would find the windows we left open now closed, making the room unbearably hot. This forced us to sleep with the windows open, resulting in both of us getting bug bites as there were no screens to keep them out. When we brought up the issue to management, they were not able to provide a solution and claimed that the air conditioning was not possible. It was frustrating to see that the breakfast room had air conditioning, but not the guest rooms. However, the breakfast itself was enjoyable and the staff there were friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the front desk staff were not as pleasant, with one particular young woman avoiding eye contact and not giving helpful responses when we asked questions. Overall, our experience at the hotel was not the most comfortable or enjoyable due to the lack of air conditioning and unhelpful front desk staff.

During my recent stay in Barcelona, I was impressed with the excellent location that offered historic and charming amenities. The breakfast buffet and facilities were of top-notch quality and the staff displayed a great level of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the convenience of being able to walk to the city center and historical sites made my experience even more enjoyable.
