This accommodation was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful. The room was inviting and immaculate and conveniently situated near multiple metro lines. It was also close to Camp now, which is a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was truly phenomenal and incredibly stylish. The service was wonderful and the elevators needed to go to the lobby before going to a different floor with rooms. The team was very welcoming and there was an option for early check in. It was massive, not to mention the great restaurant and cafe inside. The location was spot on and the concierge service was very helpful. Without a doubt I would visit again.

This accommodation was a great stay! Although it was slightly out of the city centre, it was very well-connected to the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and all requests were dealt with in a timely manner. It was definitely one of the better properties within the Hyatt chain.

the machine is there and explained me in English.

The man in the parking lot at this particular hotel was extremely unpleasant. He refused to talk to me in English and spoke with a very aggressive attitude. Thankfully, another man from the office came to my rescue, guiding me to the ticket machine and explaining in English.

I stayed at Hotel SOFIA Barcelona in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt for three nights, and I was very impressed. The location was accessible, taking around 20 minutes to the airport and downtown. Although there weren't too many attractions nearby, the area was quite pleasant for a stroll. All the staff at reception were very helpful and professional. As for the rooms, they were both spacious and modern, boldly furnished with the latest technology. Amenities were sufficient, though nothing outstanding. Every morning, breakfast was a delight with a great variety of options. The bar and coffee shop matched expectations. All in all, I had a pleasant stay here and would highly recommend it.
