From my entrance until I left, I had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. I had the chance to try out the spa and the other facilities, and was really impressed with the cleanliness and the friendly service from the staff. I'm looking forward to coming back and spending more time here. The room I stayed in lived up to the pictures I had seen - it was truly beautiful!
We had a terrific experience at Hotel SOFIA Barcelona, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. We felt very cared for during our two-night stay before we set off on our cruise. The service was truly extraordinary and the hotel itself was lovely. Plus, it was really convenient being in the walking distance of plenty of bakeries, coffee shops and eateries, as well as the soccer stadium and a beautiful park. If you want to visit downtown and the Gothic Quarter, it's a 24 minute taxi ride away. We would definitely stay here again!
I had a truly amazing time staying at this wonderful hotel! The service was excellent; the staff were so friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Briana and Xavi for going the extra mile, helping me find the best places to eat and shop. The location was perfect too; it was walking distance to malls and other shops. The rooms were also incredibly luxurious. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.
We had an incredible stay at Hotel Sofia Barcelona in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. Not only were the rooms luxurious, the bar was wonderful and spa services were great, but the hotel also proves itself to be convenient, as we quickly became used to the close metra and bus systems which could take us into the city. Furthermore, it was situated in a safe area, so we could rest assured that we wouldn't worry about pickpocketers at night. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Barcelona.
This modern and clean accommodation was nothing but a pleasant surprise. From the outstanding service provided at check in by Bruna and Julieta - two people who were so warm and professional - to the wonderful cocktails at Bar Sofia. The barman Nacho was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing some of the best drinks we've ever tasted (which is saying a lot since Miami has plenty of excellent bars and restaurants). Isaac from the concierge was also exceptional, setting up an unforgettable meal and helping us with our travel plans. Every member of staff we encountered exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable. They are definitely the highlight of this place - the gorgeous hotel is just an added bonus! Thank you all so much for making our anniversary so special.
