I recently stayed at the Hotel SOFIA Barcelona in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed and had all the amenities you could want. The food was delicious, with a range of local dishes to sample. The ambience was simply superb, and this hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel and I'm already planning to stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel SOFIA Barcelona. The hotel is modern and I found the room very comfortable. The bed was especially good and the overall cleanliness of the room was great. The breakfast was really delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to a tram and metro station. The only issue I found was that using the spa area cost 30 EUR. For a 5 star hotel and the price of my room, I would have expected this to be free, or at least free for Hyatt members, but it was not the case.

I stayed at Hotel SOFIA Barcelona, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt and thought it was lovely. The area was great and the bed was comfortable. The bar was decent, but it doesn't make up for the terrible service. My biggest issue was that being part of the Hyatt loyalty program meant absolutely nothing to them. They didn't acknowledge my status at all. Additionally, their rules regarding in-room provisions were quite strange. They had a policy of no porcelain in the bedroom unless you paid €4 euros a day. And they wouldn't allow you to bring in your own coffee or cups, but if you did, they would be removed. Even when I gave them a chance to rectify the issue, they didn't respond. All in all, not a good experience.

My stay here was brief but delightful! The room was a pleasure with a deluxe bath and amazing shower, and the bed was unbelievable - plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. The hotel itself was beautiful, decorated tastefully and spotless. I could easily get to the destination of my meeting in no time, only taking a five minute walk to the Nou Camp. Absolutely lovely stay - highly recommend this hotel!
I would definitely stay at the Hotel SOFIA Barcelona again! The design of the hotel is amazing and the breakfast was great. I had an issue with the noise level from the discotheque below my room, but I was able to change rooms and get a good night's sleep. I didn't receive an apology at checkout, but that didn't bother me too much. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but it's still a nice hotel. It's clean and the staff are friendly.
