I have been staying here for over 25 years and they recently renovated the building - the rooms are now in excellent condition with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also spacious and classy. The staff were all very friendly and the front desk lady, Julietta, was especially welcoming and made us feel at home. She was also very well trained. The hotel's breakfast buffet was rich in variety and offered excellent value for the price. I highly recommend this place.
Staying at the Hotel SOFIA Barcelona in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt was an absolute pleasure. The amenities and facilities are top-notch, and the room was stunning with an incredibly large bathroom complete with a standalone tub, high-end toiletries, and a massive shower. We found the bed to be cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only quibble we had was that the TV wouldn't allow for streaming - but, all in all, it was a lovely stay and we'd definitely recommend it.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a personal vacation with my husband for our first time in Barcelona. I was extremely impressed with the staff’s attentiveness, accommodations, and attention to detail. It was better service than I have had in a long time. The hotel has everything you need: multiple f&b options, a pool, gym, and spa (we took advantage of it all). Not to mention, the rooms were impeccably designed. I loved my experience here and would recommend to anyone looking for an elevated stay in Barcelona. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Thank you staff!
We decided to book this modern property, even though it was a bit further away from the places we wanted to visit. The hotel was well staffed and well trained, and the rooms were stunning. The amenities were excellent, and we would love to return. There was an L3 train just a 5 minute walk away, which took around 25 minutes to get to Licea station.
I had a fantastic experience while staying at this wonderful hotel. My room was spotless and the spacious washroom was an added bonus. The selection at breakfast was plentiful and scrumptious. What's more, the staff was always very helpful and attentive to my requests. I'm already planning to come back soon and stay in this gorgeous destination.
