This hotel offered very clean and spacious rooms that made my stay comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, though it could have had some vegan options as well. The spa was wonderful and the staff was incredibly helpful. Being located near a metro station was a great convenience, and the staff at the front desk provided valuable advice on exploring the city.
This stylish hotel has a great value for its star rating, with a perfect breakfast that left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool could not be enjoyed as much due to the noise from the street. The spa area is offered at an additional cost, which may not be ideal given the room prices. Service and amenities were satisfactory overall.
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Hotel SOFIA Barcelona, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel provided us with a truly unforgettable experience. From the luxurious room to the generous gifts courtesy of my brother-in-law who works for the company, every aspect of our stay was perfect. The pool was particularly impressive and the whole team at the hotel were incredibly helpful and polite. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this glorious hotel for anyone looking to stay in Barcelona.

Staying at this hotel in Barcelona was a fantastic experience! The room was immaculate and had all the amenities one could wish for. The services were outstanding, with the restaurant and swimming pool being particularly enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and the hotel bar. All in all, my stay here was absolutely wonderful!
The Hotel SOFIA Barcelona, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, was an overall dissatisfying experience. The mattresses were some of the worst I've ever slept on - felt like I was sleeping on rocks. Upon check out I was presented with a bill that had an additional $200 in charges that were never disclosed prior to my payment. Even when I brought the mattress issue up to the staff, they completely ignored my complaints.
