During my stay at this hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of options for vegetarians in their dining facilities. The hot and cold food options were not up to par and could have been improved. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the hotel's reward program, as it seemed that they were trying to cheat their customers by not properly adding points. It was an inconvenience to constantly have to follow up with them.

?I had a fantastic time at this hotel during my trip to Barcelona! The employees were all super dedicated to the job and the brand, especially Erica Salt, who went above and beyond as a Lobby and Check-in supervisor. She totally turned my experience around when I encountered a less-than-friendly check-in employee. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay, with clean and comfortable rooms, warm and inviting decorations, and a delicious breakfast. I can't recommend this place enough! ?

During my stay at the Hotel SOFIA Barcelona, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, I was blown away by the lovely room I had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience at this beautiful hotel even more enjoyable. While I did have a meal at the restaurant 1MPAR that wasn't up to par, everything else about my stay was simply wonderful.

The staff at the reception desk were exceptional and made me feel incredibly welcome. I had chosen this hotel specifically for its spa, but was unfortunately unable to fully enjoy it due to the cold temperature of the indoor pool and steam room. However, the hotel was kind enough to reimburse me for my shortened visit. The junior suite I stayed in had some minor maintenance issues, such as peeling black paint or metal in the shower and a not-hot-enough bath, that could use some attention. Despite these small flaws, the hotel maintains a high standard overall. Its location has convenient transportation options, and the view from the 16th floor was breathtaking. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the cocktails were also top-notch. As a special touch for my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and a lovely message in my room after a long day of exploring the city. I highly recommended this hotel to my mother, which speaks volumes about its quality.

During our recent trip to Barcelona, my companions and I were more than satisfied with our accommodations. The exceptional service from the staff, immaculate cleanliness of the establishment, and the abundance of amenities truly exceeded our expectations. We were grateful for the early check-in option, as our travel schedule did not align with the typical hotel check-in time. The central location of the hotel was also incredibly convenient for accessing various modes of transportation, including taxis, trams, buses, and the metro. Overall, our stay was nothing short of fantastic.
