During our trip to Barcelona, we had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where the staff truly stood out as the friendliest and most well-trained we have encountered during our visits since 2003. Their service was top-notch and always accompanied by a warm smile. We sincerely appreciate the entire team for making our stay a memorable one. However, we did note that the SPA team could use some improvement. Their lack of enthusiasm was noticeable compared to the rest of the hotel staff. It would be wonderful if they could match the same level of energy and warmth exhibited by the other departments. Despite this, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the majority of the staff.

It's a luxurious retreat with incredibly attentive staff who ensured a seamless and memorable experience. The spa downstairs is a haven for relaxation and indulgence. The breakfast selection offers a wide range of choices that are not easily found elsewhere. The restaurant is of high quality and a perfect dining option, especially since there aren't many upscale food options within walking distance. However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement during my stay. The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow and required me to use my phone as a hotspot for better performance. This seemed to be a common struggle among other guests as well. Additionally, the limited English channels on the TV and inability to stream content from a phone were minor inconveniences. Despite these shortcomings, the overall experience at this hotel far exceeds my expectations. It remains my first choice when visiting Barcelona due to its impeccable service, luxurious amenities, amazing food options, and unforgettable spa experience.

However, I was disappointed to discover that the hotel did not offer the option to make local calls within Spain from the room, despite it being a common amenity in most hotels.

During my trip to Barcelona, I stayed at a hotel in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. As I was there for work purposes, I didn't have the chance to explore the city center. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's overall design and amenities. The spa was a great place to unwind and the breakfast spread was extensive and well-prepared. My room was comfortable and provided a perfect level of relaxation. I would like to give a special mention to Oriol, who went out of his way to make sure my stay was perfect.

However, those looking to explore downtown or hit the beach should be aware that it is quite a long journey. Taking public transportation can take over an hour, while a taxi ride can be quite expensive for a 30-minute trip. Nevertheless, the breakfast was delicious and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
