During my recent trip to Barcelona, I found myself reluctantly staying at a business hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay. The staff, particularly Oriol, were efficient, friendly, and made me feel welcome. The room was also quite comfortable.
My stay at this hotel was a delightful surprise. The team members were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The cafe had a cozy ambiance, resembling a charming bookstore. And the spa was simply superb, offering a range of amenities such as a hot and cold plunge, ice room, salt room, steam room, sauna, and a spacious indoor pool. I am eagerly looking forward to revisiting in the future.

During my recent trip to Barcelona, I had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel. The room was lovely, the SPA was relaxing, and the breakfast the following morning was delicious. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the receptionist, Gari. His dedication to providing a smooth check-in experience and ensuring a wonderful stay was evident in his warm, thorough, and professional service.
During my stay at a hotel in Barcelona, I encountered issues with the WiFi connection in my room. Despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk on three separate occasions, the staff member just shrugged and mentioned that their connection was working fine. This lack of concern was incredibly disappointing, especially since I was in town for work and had to participate in videoconference meetings every evening.
During my recent trip to Barcelona, I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in the city. It was my second visit for work purposes and I was pleased to find that the hotel's location was very convenient and the rooms were quite nice. On this particular occasion, I arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long overnight flight. I was only planning to drop off my luggage and head out, but to my surprise, the check-in staff offered me a room without me even having to ask. Additionally, the kind doorman handed me a bottle of water. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference to me. I was able to unpack, freshen up and change before continuing with my day. I must say, the staff at the hotel were truly amazing. Their hospitality and attentiveness was much appreciated.
