During our recent trip to Barcelona, my spouse and I had the privilege of staying at a hotel near the beach. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff provided impeccable service. The hotel itself was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay. It's conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from the beach and a 25-minute walk to the city center, and the walk is completely flat. We were so pleased with our experience that we would happily choose to stay here again in the future.

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. While it may not be located near the main tourist hotspots, we thoroughly enjoyed wandering through the charming side streets. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would happily choose to stay here again.

My previous visit was unforgettable, so I made sure to reserve an executive twin room for my upcoming November trip with Jet 2. However, the room was far from executive - no hospitality tray, slippers, or gown. Just a small, disappointing space. Upon checking in, it was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned - the floor was filthy and the bin was still full. To top it off, the staff took away our used cups but failed to replace them. Our first night's meal at the restaurant was a disaster. The salmon was undercooked and cold, so we sent it back. Unfortunately, there was no apology and the dish was simply reheated with the other items on the plate. Still not hot enough for us to enjoy. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told he was too busy. While we were not charged for the unsatisfactory food, an apology would have been appreciated. Overall, our experience was a let down. I suggest a change in management and better training for the staff.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay in Barcelona! It was conveniently located near the Bogatell and Marina metro stations in a quiet residential area. Although there was some ongoing construction nearby, it did not disturb our stay. The reception staff were extremely helpful and we were checked in efficiently, with a complimentary welcome drink. Our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kettle, dressing gowns, and slippers provided. To make my husband's birthday extra special, we arranged for Prosecco and chocolate strawberries to be delivered to our room. The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of options. However, like some other reviews mentioned, the hot dishes could have been a bit warmer. The bar food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the club sandwich and patatas bravas, served by the friendly and attentive staff. We also took advantage of the spa, which was a lovely experience at a reasonable price. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, charming amenities, and easy access to the beach and public transportation.

During my recent stay, I encountered a lot of noise from heavy construction at the back of the hotel. Despite moving to another room, I was still disturbed by noise at the front due to a national holiday the next day. Unfortunately, many of the reception staff seemed unaware of the ongoing construction at the back of the hotel. In addition, one of the staff members at the lunchtime bar was quite impolite. However, I did appreciate the rooftop pool and the nearby beaches. My disappointment came when I discovered the room service menu only offered snacks and not proper meals. Pizza and sandwiches do not constitute a proper meal in my opinion. While some may argue that I was just unlucky, I have no intention of returning to this hotel.
