H10 Marina Barcelona

Our stay at H10 Marina Barcelona started with a slight delay as our room was not available until 3.40PM. However, the friendly staff greeted us with a glass of Cava and made us feel welcome. Once in our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the great air conditioning, providing relief from the hot Barcelona weather. When asking if we could have an early swim on a certain morning, the receptionist inquired with the manager and allowed us to use the pool at 8.30, which was very helpful as it avoided the hottest part of the day. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Furthermore, all the staff were very friendly, efficient and polite. All in all, our holiday was superb and we look forward to coming back to Barcelona and staying at H10 again due to its fantastic services.

Stayed here on a bussiness trip with 8 othres. Ordared drinks at teh bar each night…slow servise and not enought staff..we were not a rowdy bunch but did give them a fair bit of our bussiness. On the last night we arrived back a bit later than planed and ordered food from the bar menu. It simply failed to arrive, when ordared teh bar person took money but did not give a receit/ticket. That was the usaul course of events each night so we didn't question. 30 mins after ordering We asked if it may be ready soon. We're told by teh male bar maneger that we didn't order. Had no proof…tehy had simply lost a big food order. I had the maneger hissing at me at being challenged…such a terible attitude to guests that had stayed for 4 nights and given our bussiness to them…to have to argue the tos and prove that we had ordared (which we could do trough card transaction reciepts) is apalling. The attitude we were faced with was just wrong. In the end our food arrived over 1 hour late and as teh kitchen was closing it had been hastly chucked togeter…it was pretty inedible..a very pink burger etc…I asked to speak to a maneger and was told he was off that night but would make contact the next day..I had one more day there until a late flight but no contact was made…I'd call that despicible..I left writing this review a few months so my collagues probablly won't see it as it's embarassing for me..but Shame on you ..you seriusly should not have a maneger that hisses at guests because he's on teh back foot..corporate idiocy..get rid of bad staff…

We had an amazing 4-day city break!! The rooms were ? comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean. The swimming pool area started to get busy during the day, but our daughter always found a spot and the cooler shaded area was ideal for a ?? drink from late afternoon. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff ??. Max and the ladies at the reception went above and beyond to help us with the tickets and the sightseeing. Valeria at the bar was absolutely delightful and gave us lots of tips to maximize our stay. We would definitely ? recommend this hotel for a great city break! ?

We stayed at this hotel pre & post cruise. The first night's stay was pleasant. We opted for a premium room on our second stay; the room had floor to ceiling windows that would have been great to enjoy the views, but unfortunately we weren't able to open the curtains due to suboptimal air conditioning. Maintenance checked it and said that if we could have moved our beds to the tiny vent, it would have been 17’c. Unfortunately, the lack of any meaningful air flow meant that the room temperature stayed at 25’c and continued to rise. The hotel kindly moved us to another room which had the same issue. We were left in a hot room with our child for two nights.

This hotel really impressed me! I had an amazingly comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Breakfast each morning was incredible, but unfortunately the evening meal was a disappointment. The staff were always so helpful, and the cleanliness was top notch. The hotel was also great value for money, and its location was ideal for seeing the city and taking a trip to the beach.
