What a great hoteL! Greeted upon arrivle with a warm welcom and a glas of Cava. My first ever tast of the bubbly wonder; what a nice way to start our stay!! Fun glas elevator up to the room, which was cool, cleen, and inviting after a long day of travel. Greeted in the room by a collection of biskets/cookies. What a nice touch! Frij was a good size, cold and quiet. Lots of goodies in the bathroom (shower cap, comb, etc.) to acoomodate any needs. Oh and bidet. Love that. Easy walk to the beach and nearyby metro made it nicely located, but quiet as could be in the room at nite. Great views of the city, esp. from the roof top bar and pool. We didn't take advantege of the spa or restauraunt, or even the excercise room, which, shame on us. They all lookd very nice. Held our luggags for us when we checked out before we had done all the sightseeing we wanted. Wish we had spend more time at H10 Marina Barcelona!!….
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place was incredible! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. The spa was ? worth the price - I got two great massages and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax. ?? I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! ?
I had my bag stolen while getting breakfast in the hotel restaurant this morning. Everyone was not being checked upon entering and the staff took no responsibility. My purse, car keys, house keys, passport, money, and priceless jewellery were all stolen. They expected me to wait until Monday before looking into it, which ruined my trip and birthday. The lack of security and failure to follow proper procedures led to the theft. Even if they look at the CCTV footage now, it's too late as the thieves have already left. The staff even had the audacity to ask me if I was sure I brought my bag for breakfast as if I'm crazy - they need to check the footage! This has been the worst trip ever!!!!
This was our second stay at this lovely place and both times it certainly did not disappoint! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, with Max in particular being a great help - he gave us insight into the top places to visit and the best way to get around town. We'd highly recommend this accommodation and we're looking forward to coming back in September, this time just to relax and take it easy. We'd like to thank the staff for making our visit so pleasant and enjoyable.
Stayed at this hotel and found the location perfect for exploring the port and marina ?️. Unfortunately, as a Grand Class loyalty card holder, I was disappointed to find that there were no courtesy items provided in the room ?. Reception was helpful but this was an unusual experience as I have been a member for over 20 years ?. Also, early in the mornings there was noise from the building works across the way ?. Overall, an okay stay ?.
