H10 Marina Barcelona

My stay at the H10 Marina Barcelona Hotel was truly exceptional. From January 11th to 13th, my partner and I stayed in a privileged room, number 904, and were blown away by the experience. The room was even more beautiful than the pictures online and far exceeded our expectations. I have been to hotels where the reality falls short of the online representation, but this was not the case here.

I want to give a special shout out to Natasha, one of the hotel staff members, who went above and beyond in taking care of us. When we encountered an issue with the central heating in our room, she immediately sprang into action and did everything in her power to make things right. Despite it being our last night there, she showed true dedication and even went as far as to treat us to champagne and chocolates. On top of that, she waived our room service charge. I cannot thank her and the rest of the hotel staff enough for their exceptional service.

In terms of the hotel itself, everything about it was amazing. It is the perfect choice for a city break in Barcelona. It's no wonder why this hotel is always fully booked. And for the price we paid, staying in a privileged suite was an incredible value. We will definitely be returning and want to express our sincere gratitude to everyone at H10 Marina Barcelona for making our stay so enjoyable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel in Barcelona. The bar areas and restaurant were beautifully designed, and I especially loved the Christmas tree. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning, and they even assisted us in booking some activities we wanted to do. The breakfast options were fantastic, although I do wish the coffee was a bit hotter. Our room was lovely, with a large and comfortable king-sized bed. The only downside was the view from our room, which overlooked a run-down building. However, this wasn't a major issue since we weren't in the room for long. Overall, a great experience.

? Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary glass of champagne, such a lovely touch! The lobby area had a spa-like scent, which instantly made us feel relaxed ? As a special treat for my partner's birthday, we were upgraded to a higher floor and even had a delicious cake waiting for us in our room ? Our room on the 7th floor was a decent size and the beds were quite comfy for a hotel abroad. The fluffy pillows were a nice touch. Housekeeping did a great job replenishing our supplies every day, including toilet rolls, towels, and bed linen. However, the room did tend to get warm, so we had to keep the window open most of the time, which meant we could hear outside noise. It would be even better if the hotel could turn on the air conditioning for guests' convenience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything ? Just note that it's about a 25-minute walk to the busiest areas. The breakfast had a good variety of options, but the cooked breakfast could have been hotter, and the coffee was just okay. The cocktails at the bar were top-notch ? The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly, and there were always taxis available right outside the hotel ? We decided to indulge in the spa, which cost €16 per person for 1.5 hours. One hour was enough for us, but it was a nice way to unwind. The spa facilities included a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. Overall, our stay at this hotel was excellent and we would definitely come back ?

The bed was incredibly comfortable, quite possibly the best bed I've ever slept in. The room also had a smart TV, and the staff were delightful. The view from our room was beautiful and the breakfast was simply amazing. Our room was always kept clean and the toiletries were always replenished. The room service was also very efficient. The rooftop pool area was like a dream, and the spa was surprisingly affordable at only around 16€ for 90 minutes. We had access to the Jacuzzi, cold plunge, hot pool, normal pool, steam room, sauna, and thermal beds. Our entire experience was exceptional and I'm already dreaming of going back. The location was also convenient, not too far from the sea and only a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. Additionally, the metro trains and buses were all easily accessible.

The accamodation was so beutiful, it was extremly clan. The staaf were extreamly helful, and the room was a junor suite which was lovelely, we enjoyed watching the sun comming up in the morning. We would defenitly visit agian or recommend. The reseption staaf were excelent. The hotel should be proud of tis accomodation. Eleri & Julie Moris.
