My recent stay in Barcelona was fantastic. The hotel is situated in a prime location in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to offer helpful advice. The rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi was a definite highlight, providing a lovely spot to relax and take in the city views. The check-in process was seamless and we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff who provided us with all the necessary information. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, adding to the overall comfortable experience. Highly recommend this hotel.
My recent stay in Barcelona was truly memorable. The staff, from the doorman to the receptionist and even the cleaners, were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their exceptional customer service made our short two day stay all the more enjoyable. The recommendations for restaurants from the doorman and receptionist, Cara, were lovely and added to our overall experience. I am already planning to come back again soon.
The hotel's location is unbeatable and the staff are incredibly kind. However, I was disappointed by the outdated state of the room. The two windows faced a wall, making it quite dim inside. Despite opening a window, the room remained uncomfortably warm and stuffy. The presence of air conditioning was appreciated, but I prefer to avoid using it during colder months in a new city. Although our two-night stay was overall satisfactory, the room was clean and reasonably spacious. The only drawback was its inward-facing position and lack of ventilation, a common issue mentioned in other reviews. As a result, the room felt stuffy throughout our stay.
The service at this hotel was truly excellent. The reception, room service, and event departments provided us with exceptional assistance throughout our stay. I particularly appreciated the efficient and helpful staff in helping me and my guests during our meeting in the well-equipped meeting room. The finger food served was absolutely delicious, and the coffee and juices were top-notch. Furthermore, the room cleaning service was truly superb. Overall, our experience at the Hotel Barcelona Center was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to others.
Situated in a convenient location, this hotel served as the perfect base for us to explore the city. My partner and I were able to walk to all our destinations! The room provided us with a comfortable and roomy space. The bed was especially cozy and ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. The surrounding area offered an abundance of fantastic dining options and charming cafes. Our experience was so enjoyable, we will definitely return in the future!
