This four star accommodation was not up to the usual standards I have become accustomed to. The swimming pool was dirty, cold and small. I asked several people to clean it but only one came with a broom and gave it a light brush. The bed was small, only 140cm, and the reception staff only spoke minimal English. Checkout was a lengthy process, which could have been sped up if more staff were available to serve or if they didn't spend so long discussing every inane topic with guests. When I mentioned I had a flight to catch, the receptionist reacted aggressively. Clearly this wasn't a five star hotel.
My stay at Hotel Casa Fuster G.L Monumento in Barcelona was truly amazing. We had spectacular views of the city from the rooftop champagne bar and the room was beautifully designed to make us feel welcomed. When we told the staff it was my wife's 50th birthday, they even surprised us with a wonderful cake and wine - it was such a lovely gesture! Moreover, the location, ambience, and service provided were all outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

This hotel was great! The room was spotless, the staff was so helpful, and the sheets were so comfortable. There were even live music events on Thursdays which made for a great night. Plus, its location was ideal! It was within walking distance to so many incredible sights, like La Pedrera, Casa Mila, and Casa Batllo which all feature the amazing work of Gaudi. There was so much to see and do.
This accommodation certainly lived up to my hopes! It was spotless, and the personnel were extraordinary! They were very hospitable and willing to assist. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a great variety of tasty foods. I could not recommend this hotel more highly.
This accommodation was simply amazing. Our group of six stayed in three luxurious double rooms with king-size beds. The bathrooms were outstanding and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop bar. We would definitely stay here again.
