This lodging was ???! I had a fantastic experience here and even though the shower was a bit tricky to get in and out of, every other aspect was ???. The staff were especially friendly and accommodating - they really went above and beyond to provide a ?? stay. They even went so far as to hustle up the road to grab you a taxi! ??
There could not be a better or more authentic hotel in Barcelona. Its convenient location is close to everything--from restaurants to Gaudi houses to La Sagrada Familia. Service is impeccable, and breakfast is included with the room. It's an ideal way to start the day! Then, don't miss the roof top bar for Happy Hour. I would definitely go back.
I've been returning to this hotel for years when I'm in Barcelona. The customer service is impeccable, the building is simply stunning, the terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy a drink in the evening, and its location is unbeatable.

Upon entering any hotel I am always pleased with the warm welcome, friendly smiles and delightful scent. I have stayed at this particular hotel multiple times and it truly feels like a home away from home. All the staff are wonderful and always quick to serve. I am especially impressed with how the hotel looks out for the female guests, making sure that we feel extra special. I had the pleasure of interacting with a number of great people during my stay, including Ferran and Omar Jenny, Mihaela, Kevin, Claudia, Marc, Oriol, Leire Marc, Alejandro, Victo Mircea, Antonio, Uriel, Pau and Yves Nuria & Javier Jenny Estillore; all of whom had a positive impact on my experience.
We had a wonderful stay in mid June. The service was top-notch from the doormen, concierge, check-in desk and all hotel staff. We travelled with two children and booked a family adjoining room which was perfect for the four of us, and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast package was also excellent, offering plenty of choices, including several kid-friendly options. The location was ideal, too, with easy access to shops, restaurants and sights. The concierge provided helpful recommendations in advance of our stay, and booked tickets for us for sights and restaurants. Our tour guide even went above and beyond, explaining the architecture and history of the building, including the Gaudi-designed chairs in the lobby when we were picked up. We will definitely return and already have recommended it to our friends.
