This stunning hotel had fantastic customer service, a spectacular location, and lovely rooms. We had a family suite with two adjoining rooms that were perfect for our two adults and two teens. Though we only stayed one night, it was so nice, we wish we had stayed longer. The staff were exemplary and went above and beyond with personal attention. We were surprised when we returned to find that the hotel had retrieved an earring that our step daughter had inadvertently dropped down the sink. One of the best features was the grand bath tub, and the room service Aperol Spritzes with a complimentary bowl of gummy bears made it even more special. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Our rating: 15/10!
This was my second stay in this great hotel, and I had an even more amazing experience. The building's stunning interior and exterior, the breathtaking views of the city, the attentive and friendly staff - all combine to make a truly perfect stay. But what I most appreciated was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were helpful, available and accommodating all throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Casa Fuster G.L Monumento to anyone who is looking for a luxurious, calm and relaxing stay. It is definitely a hotel worth visiting.
We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Casa Fuster G.L Monumento! The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was just oozing with luxury. The bar and restaurants had attentive staff and served us premium quality drinks and food. The rooms were superb and so comfortable; the beds were truly a dream to sleep on and the level of cleanliness was impeccable. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with fabulous service, then this hotel is definitely the place to be. We wouldn't hesitate to return!
I had an amazing experience staying at the Hotel Casa Fuster G.L Monumento. The room maintenance was top notch, they cleaned the room twice a day, morning and evening. The breakfast is incredible with a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. If you're looking for a great place to stay while in Madrid, I absolutely recommend Hotel Casa Fuster G.L Monumento.
very convenient area , near to everything even metro station and a lot of good restaurants nearby.. room was wide and lots of space for our belongings.. overall a great stay
The staff at Hotel Casa Fuster G.L Monumento were great - welcoming, courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Maeric, Antonio, Nuria and the room service team who were professional and accommodating. The location was amazing - it felt like being at home with family. The area is great, convenient and close to everything - the metro station and lots of fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage space for our belongings. It was a great experience - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
