This classic hotel has a great location and a fantastic rooftop ?, but be careful which room you book. ? Ours was lovely but the bathroom could be dangerous, specially for older people ?. It looks nice, but the shower is over the bath ?, with a fixed panel and a narrow gap to fit through. ? If someone was overweight, I don't know how they'd make it. To top it off, the bath is very high, so it would take some gymnastics ☠️ to get in or out. I read that the superior rooms have a separate shower ?, which would make a huge difference in my decision. There hasn't been any injury so far, but it's something to be aware of. ?
I had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious 5-star⭐️ fairytale hotel! The staff were excellent⭐️ and the one-star? Michelin restaurant, Jaz, was superb. The rooftop pool with its terrace and bar overlooking the central Passeig de Gràcia was so enjoyable?. Without a doubt, I'll be back soon ???!

This hotel in Barcelona was an incredible experience! We have never received such great service from any hotel staff before. The door staff and receptionists were remarkable. Every evening we went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing view. We were truly spoiled by the wait staff up there, too. The room was beautiful and well-taken care of. It was also located in a great area, with a short walk to the Gothic Quarter. If we ever come back to Barcelona, we would love to stay here again. We are so grateful for the amazing experience this hotel gave us.
This hotel is beyond expectation! The staff is truly extraordinary - always willing to help with anything that comes up. On a recent visit, my brother was injured in the street only a few blocks away, and the staff were instantly at the ready with a wheelchair and had an ambulance standing by. Amazing service!
This is a luxurious hotel with truly 5-star service. Everyone from the welcoming doormen to the helpful desk clerks and the diligent cleaning staff were so courteous. The room was beautiful, with plenty of space and a mini fridge. The bed was comfy and there were seating areas and storage cupboards. The bathroom was outstanding. In addition, there were some lovely bars where one could wind down with a drink. Prices are a bit steep, so this should really be viewed as a treat. Plus, the location is ideal for shopping and dining.
