Our accommodation was ideal for our family of four. The family suite provided enough room for everyone to have their own personal space. We were especially impressed with the large, comfortable king size bed. The breakfast served was outstanding and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The hotel's location was unbeatable, as it was within walking distance of all the luxury brand stores. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay and would certainly choose this accommodation again in the future.
My stay at this hotel in Barcelona was truly one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Not only is the hotel itself stunning, but the staff truly made our stay exceptional. Every single person we encountered was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Traveling with my 7-year-old daughter who loves her dolls and exploring new places can sometimes be challenging, but the restaurant manager, bar manager, servers, bellman, and even the pianist at the Cafe Vienes all made her feel incredibly special. The breakfast restaurant manager even learned the names of her beloved dolls and went out of their way to bring "breakfast" to one of her toy horses. My daughter still talks about this experience every day and it will always hold a special place in her heart. Our time at this hotel left us with full hearts and a strong desire to return soon. The hotel's prime location also allowed us to easily walk to many points of interest and enjoy evening strolls to indulge in some roasted chestnuts.
My experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding in all aspects. From the prime location to the top-notch facilities, accommodations, and food, I was thoroughly impressed. The exceptional and friendly service was also a major highlight. Having stayed in numerous hotels throughout Europe, I can confidently say that this was one of the finest I have ever stayed at.
The hotel we stayed at in Barcelona was absolutely lovely, exuding an air of old-world charm and impeccable hospitality. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the city on foot, with plenty of shopping, dining, and Gaudi landmarks just steps away. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay and overall experience in Barcelona was nothing short of perfect.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely breathtaking- it's near everything you could want including La Rambla, great shopping spots, delicious restaurants, and lively bars. The service from Diane Garstin was beyond exceptional- she went out of her way to secure us the best room, make reservations for us, and even book tours. Thank you so much for making our stay truly unforgettable!
