I stayed at Hotel El Palace Barcelona on my trip to Europe and I'm so happy I did. It's a grand old hotel, modernized and tastefully updated while still preserving its old world charm. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. The housekeeping, room service, and concierge staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic. The location was near perfect and I felt like I really got a five star experience from the moment I arrived. Tatiana in guest relations, in particular, was amazing - she made all the difference and really made me feel welcomed. I'd strongly recommend this hotel, though be a bit picky when it comes to your room, as some are definitely better than others.
The location is also perfect ,close to la rambla, montjuc and many other places of interest.Very friendly staff and warm welcome. The room was very clean and perfectly arranged, with a nice view and great bed. We also had breakfast everyday which was amazing and delicious. The amenities were also great, with lots of options.Overall it was an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel El Palace Barcelona and can only add praise to the reviews that went before us. Amal and the entire staff were so accommodating and friendly which really added to the stay. The location was perfect for exploring Barcelona; so close to La Rambla, Montjuc and multiple attractions. We were warmly welcomed and the room was spotless with a beautiful view and cozy bed. Breakfast was yummy and it was great to have such a variety of options. All in all it was a fabulous stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona!
We had a wonderful stay at El Palace! From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a five-star experience. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff shortly showed us to our room. Our room was absolutely beautiful and we could tell the staff really loved their jobs and the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful; we especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast team. We had an excellent stay and would be delighted to come back to Hotel El Palace Barcelona again!
What a great experience at Hotel El Palace Barcelona! I felt like I was truly part of luxury and comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout my stay. The location right in the city centre allowed me to explore the city and all its hidden gems. The ambience of the hotel is beyond words, a real escape from the everyday and an absolute delight. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future.
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel El Palace Barcelona! This is not our first time here and we couldn't quite fault it. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the facilities are modern and luxurious, and the location is so convenient. The only suggestion I would make is to keep the air-conditioning running in the warmer months, as it can get quite stuffy in there when the heat wave is on, even though the heater has been switched off. All of that aside, it's still a lovely hotel right in the heart of the Ramblas and near all of the major tourist attractions and shopping districts. Highly recommend!
