During our stay, a staff member interrupted our breakfast and caused a scene with one of the waiters. Despite being cordially asked to leave, the staff member began disrespectfully screaming and threatening the waiter. It was an unfortunate experience to witness and I commend the waiter for remaining patient. I would also like to suggest that the staff member, who I believe was named Mayte, moderates her behavior in the future. It creates a negative atmosphere for guests and is not a pleasant experience.

The accommodation was perfectly situated, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. One particular staff member, Joselyn, really enhanced our stay. Unfortunately, our room had a faulty lighting system, resulting in a constant flickering. However, Joselyn promptly offered to switch our room and after two days, we were relocated to a more satisfactory one. Initially, we opted to include breakfast in our booking, but I would not suggest this as the options were limited and unappetizing. The breakfast also lacked hygiene as utensils used for non-vegetarian dishes were shared with vegetarian ones. The food was often cold and refilling was sluggish. The manager did not provide much assistance and was rather dismissive. In the end, I only managed to have a couple of mini croissants and tea. It was definitely not worth the additional cost, as we could have easily found tastier options at nearby cafes. Even a neighboring establishment had better food. The beds consisted of two single beds pushed together with separate sheets, making it no different from two separate beds. This arrangement caused discomfort, and we had trouble getting a good night's sleep. Overall, I would not consider returning to this hotel, and the breakfast was a major letdown. For a four-star establishment, the breakfast was of subpar quality and not worth recommending. Additionally, the double beds advertised are simply two single beds combined.

This accommodation was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit. It was conveniently located close to La Rambla and Catalunya Square and was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The room was perfect for a couple, spacious and very clean. There were several cafés, a Carrefour market, and even a pharmacy nearby.

We booked a 4 night stay in this Barcelona hotel and were quite impressed. The rooms are sparsely decorated but very clean, which was all that we needed since we were doing a lot of exploring. Being centrally located and close to the metro station meant that there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We would also like to give a special shoutout to the staff, especially a lady who helped us figure out how to get our lost luggage back from the Barcelona airport, despite her speaking only Spanish. She was absolutely wonderful and we thank the whole staff for a great stay.

We traveled to Barcelona with our daughter and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The employees were incredibly helpful and the location simply couldn't be beat. The room was spotless and the atmosphere was very congenial. We can hardly wait to come back!
