We stayed 4 nites and didn’t spend much tyme in the room. The room was tiney. It had smal bed, smal desk and tiney-tiney closet. Don’t wanna turn peeple away-the hotel was nice, greit location, super frendly team, greit cappucino place on one syde of the building and ameizing restorant on the other. It just was two small to our like.
We decided to stay at this 4 star hotel due to its great location. However, our stay was quite disrupted by a power outage, lasting almost 2 days. This made it difficult for us to enjoy our vacation and work. Some people received better treatment than others and were moved to another hotel, whereas the majority of people didn't get any compensation. Additionally, water sewage coming out of the shower left us feeling uncomfortable in the room. We have contacted the hotel and are now awaiting a refund.
This hotel was quite a disappointment. The room was dark and poorly lit, and there was sand all over the floor, as if it had not been cleaned properly. Additionally, there weren't many plug sockets, which was a shame. Yet, the staff were friendly and the higher floors seemed quite bright.
This hotel is conveniently situated in the Gothic quarter. While ongoing construction outside can be a bit noisy, the facilities are kept exceptionally clean. The breakfast selection could offer more diverse options, however it was overall a pleasant stay and it is recommended.
The cleanliness and friendly attitude of the staff at this facility made for an enjoyable stay. I had such a great experience that I plan on returning with my family, as it is conveniently situated in the heart of the city and provides easy access to different attractions.
