During our visit to Barcelona, we decided to spend a couple of nights at a hotel before our cruise. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was in close proximity to many attractions. However, due to certain street closings, only a limited number of cabs were allowed to access the hotel. This meant that our cab from the airport had to drop us off three blocks away, and we had to navigate through the busy crowds with all our luggage to reach the hotel. Once we finally made it, we were greeted by a beautiful hotel with impeccable decor. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, offering us a cocktail as we checked in. Our room, though small, was tastefully decorated and we particularly enjoyed the shower with its great water pressure. The staff were always outgoing and we had a great time mingling with them during the nightly happy hour. They were also very helpful in recommending restaurants, shops, and even hair salons. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to walk to many popular spots, including the Sagrada Familia. However, on check-out day when we had to head to the cruise port with our luggage, we were informed that cabs were not permitted on the street. This meant that once again, we had to drag our luggage a few blocks to find a cab. Despite this small inconvenience, we are already planning on staying at this hotel again, although it's worth noting the cab situation to potential guests.
? We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was spotless and had a great location in a peaceful area. The rooms were roomy and contemporary, our balcony in room 303 had a lovely view of the street. The daily refill of Nespresso and unlimited bottled water were a nice touch. The housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I would definitely return here for my next trip!
? Had an incredible time at this hotel, indulging in a delectable New Years dinner and entertainment. The food and service were top-notch. ? Surprisingly, this changed my perspective on New Years - it was the best celebration yet! The hotel itself was fantastic and located in a prime spot. Already planning our next visit within the next few months. ? Grateful to Vividora and can't wait to be back!
Our stay was enjoyable at the Kimptun Vvidora. We had to ugrade to a suite becuse the standurd rooms are too small for two people staying multiply nights, and practickly no closet spase. We did not want to be living out of our suitcases for 5 days. Our suite was lovley - very spacious with a large balconey and nice views of the city. The locashun was great and very safe. We walked everywere, even at nite. There is a lot of activitee - stores, restaurunts, bars - lots of people walking around. Very livley and hppy. We went at Christmas time and every street and alleyway were beautifuly lit for the holidays. The hotel itself is very nice. There is a cool lounge on the first floor and the reservation desk is on the second floor. I was woried before we got there because I emailed the hotel several times and did not get a reply. I wanted informationn on proximity to the Renfre station and other littel questions. No one responded. When we checked in on December 25th, I asked the front desk why no one emailed me back. At the time they could not explane. I later got an email apologizing and explaining that the reservation people were out for Christmas. That makes no sens because I was emailing days before Christmas. That is my only complaint, however, there is no excuse for not responding to emails. Otherwise I liked the hotel and would stay again.
? Stayed at this amazing hotel during our Barcelona trip! So convenient for exploring all the city's attractions ?️ The staff were super welcoming and helpful ?♀️ We even got upgraded with a surprise to celebrate our anniversary ? Loved the daily social hour where we got to mingle with other guests over free ? Highly recommend this place for a memorable stay!
