Your professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel right at home. Your helpfulness and teamwork went above and beyond, making our stay even more enjoyable. As seasoned travelers, we truly appreciate your helpful recommendations and knowledge. The Kimpton Hotel itself was absolutely lovely, providing top-notch service and cleanliness. We loved the added bonuses of complimentary ☕ coffee and ? water in the room, as well as a fun happy hour. As first-time guests, we were so impressed that we will definitely be booking with this chain for our future travels. ¡Gracias! ?
The hotel I stayed at in Barcelona was quite lovely and had a great location. The main level bar was a pleasant spot to relax with an hour-long happy hour serving wine and nibbles every day. The staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay. While the rooms were modern and nicely decorated, they were on the smaller side even with our upgrade. This could be a concern for those planning on staying for a longer period. On the other hand, the rooftop deck was a highlight with its lounge and bar. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again.
During our visit to Barcelona, we were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded upon check-in. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the food offered was of high quality. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
I recently had an amazing stay in Barcelona and it was all thanks to this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Federico and Nataliya. The hotel's design is also very cool. I will definitely be coming back to this city in the future.
The morning meal is amazing, with superb qualtiy products, absolutely ? It is my third stay, agin excellant, the team of Kimptn Vividora are just purfect, so proffesional, helpful, smily young people, doing the best to serve and please you. The location is perftct, the proprty is spotlessly clean, the rooms are so modorn with great local amnitits, cozy and beautiful, to stay at Kimpton is not a hotel stay, it is a great experiance, the hospitality at it's finest, best hotel in Barcelona.
