We had a really great stay at this 4* hotel! ? Our room was situated on the 10th floor, with a stunning view over the pool area. It was very spacious and boasted a cozy bed, a beautiful bathroom, and a breathtaking view towards the sea ?. The location of the hotel was perfect; it was close to tons of restaurants and the brand-new Westfield shopping centre. ?️ We even took a stroll down to the beach, which was simply stunning! ? As if that wasn't enough, the hotel was also close to a tram and metro stop, allowing us to get to the airport in no time at all. ? The metro system in Barcelona is one of the best and it only took us 50 minutes with only one changeover. ? Moreover, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly receptionist who checked us in without delay. ? All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a truly unforgettable Barcelona experience. ?

The staff here are simply amazing - so friendly and helpful. We were especially pleased upon check-in, as the gentleman kindly assisted us with booking dinner, gave us advice on lounge access and drinks, plus tapas in the bar. Despite the staff being the highlight of our stay, the hotel was a bit of a let-down. It felt very outdated, dirty and in need of a proper clean. The toilet door was stuck open and when we finally got it closed, it was filthy. The mirrors were covered in hand marks and the floor was dusty. The shower area was unclean and there was the smell of marijuana in the corridors. Even the cupboards were full of dust. It would be a great improvement to upgrade the bathroom facilities. Without the friendly staff, this hotel would only get a 1-star rating from us.

We stayed in september 23 and used a Hola Barcelona travel card from the airport, which allowed us unlimited travel for the duration of our stay. We had to change metro twice and get the tram, which took around 1hr 10 minutes. The area was lovely and we felt safe walking around. Nearby, there was a Westfield Glories shopping centre with an array of restaurants and shops. Our room had a great view of the pool but fell short on cleanliness. There were complimentary water cans, yet they had visible dust buildup. The desk area was very dusty and the bathroom had hair stuck to the walls and bath. Cleanliness is an integral part of a hotel and unfortunately this let it down. However, the pool area was lovely. There were free pool towels by the bar and the sunbeds were comfy. It was a 6 minute walk to the closest metro station, Poublenou, which was beneficial with our Hola Barcelona card. We had to change twice for metros into the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4* hotel! The check-in was flawless, the lobby was spotless and staff were professional, courteous and friendly. Our room was ?: comfortable, spacious, airy and bright. Paying extra for the 24th and 25th floors got us access to the lounge and it was definitely worth it for the attentive service and experience. ????✨

We are a family of three who are extremely happy with the service at this hotel. The staff, in particular Antonio and the FOH team, went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had. The venue itself was lovely and the breakfast was of a great quality. There were plenty of taxis, restaurants and the beach was close by, although the swimming pool was a bit too small for our liking. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely be back in the future!
