Melia Barcelona Sky 4* Sup

I'm glad to say that we had a great time at the Melia Barcelona Sky 4* Sup Hotel. The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and breakfast was unexpectedly delicious. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly, and we especially want to thank Claudia who made our check-in process very smooth and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. We both were very impressed by her cheerful demeanor and considerate attitude. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I both enjoyed our stays at two different facilities immensely. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip special. The amenities were available almost as soon as we asked for them and the pool area was great for winding down after a long day. The breakfast selection was amazing, the rooms were spotless and spacious, with lovely views of the city. In terms of location, the hotel was a short 5 minute walk away from the metro station which got us to the city center in no more than 15 minutes. There were plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, making finding somewhere to eat a breeze. We highly recommend this place because of its unbeatable price-to-quality ratio.

This tourist's experience in this hotel was unfortunately mixed. While all staff members were great, professional and helpful, the premium Sea View room they were provided with was rundown. Floorboards had come apart and the walls were painted with filth. Perhaps suggesting the hotel was understaffed and without a maintenance budget, the room was not maintained or cleaned well - dust was 2cm thick on top of the shower head, and the cleaner had left dropped crisps since day one. Additionally, the pool had only one staff member present, and no one was regulating the guests' activities. The location of the hotel is slightly out of town, but convenient for a 15-minute walk to the beach, and many local bars and restaurants close by. Uber, electric bikes and mopeds are readily available for sightseeing or going into the city. The food and drinks consumed over the five days were of a good standard.

The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. The restaurant has fantastic food. The accommodation was spotless and organised. It's situated near a lot of the sights in Barcelona. It's great value for its price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melia Barcelona Sky 4* Sup Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Alejandro who made the check-in process effortless. We stayed in an interconnected family room that offered a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. With two teenagers in our family, the two separate rooms were a great convenience. Both rooms were immense, spotless and the bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower. Relaxing by the pool once we were done exploring the city was a great pleasure. The breakfast selection was plentiful and varied. The hotel is also only a five-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which provided easy access to all the sights Barcelona has to offer.
