We had the pleasure of staying at Mercer Hotel Barcelona and every aspect of our stay was simply incredible. From the first-class service to the ultra modern design, this was a five-star experience. Being in such a prime location, we were able to explore the city and its attractions with ease. The restaurant was one of the highlights of the stay with delicious food prepared to the highest standard. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay very special. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

We felt so lucky to have discovered Mercer Hotel Barcelona. The cab dropped us off right in front of the entrance and we were welcomed with open arms by the friendly staff. It was so cozy and quaint, with all the comforts of home. Being tucked away from the noise of the main streets was a blessing. We loved discovering all the great restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries just around the corner. On some nights, we were lucky enough to hear musicians giving performances nearby. Located in the heart of the Gothic section, this hotel was the perfect balance of comfort and location. It felt so clean and welcoming, and the plate of treats for us on our first night was a lovely gesture! We can't say enough about the excellent service and accommodations at Mercer Hotel Barcelona.
2/5. Location is great if you want to be in the old town and explore. Service was decent, but the housekeeping were not very friendly. They were trying to come in early in the morning, and when we said to come later they were not very pleased with the request. We were even charged 75 euros for late housekeeping services! Very bad attitude and an unpleasant surprise when we checked out. Other than that the concierge was friendly and the location was convenient. All in all, be careful with the extra charges, otherwise it could be a good experience.
