The personnel was exceptionally nice and friendly. Even though we got there early in the morning, they managed to get us a room earlier than usual ?. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed was big and cosy. The restaurant for breakfast was so charming ? and the bartender, Muriel, was unbelievable ?. She was so amicable and even gave us some drinks after she finished her shift. The concierge helped us to book a reservation at a marvellous rooftop restaurant ?.The neighbourhood of the hotel, the Gothic area, is full of interesting boutiques and eateries ?. An unforgettable experience for us! ??

If you are looking for truly top-notch accommodations, look no further! Five star luxury at a fantastic price. The aesthetics, comfort, cleanliness, and facilities are all ?. Our room was beyond expectation and had all the luxuries a five star hotel should provide. The lobby and common areas were delightful, decorated with exquisite taste. Secondly, the service was exemplary. With fewer rooms, the staff gave personalized attention, reaching out to help us before we arrived. They greeted us at check in with a big smile, a cold cava ?, and a voucher for welcome drinks at the bar. Silvia, Sergio, and Alfonso made sure our stay was the best it could be. With fewer guests, the rooftop pool was often empty and we even got a bottle of bubbly as a gift from the hotel! We have been at many amazing hotels and this one ranks ?. Book now before it fills up! We'll definitely be returning!….☺️????
Our travel agent made the perfect selection for our group of 6 adults to stay in the Gothic Quarter. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, kindly transporting our bags to the hotel and giving us an informative tour of the area and building while walking to our destination. We were treated to a delicious lunch nearby to pass the time as our rooms were being readied. Upon our arrival, the accommodations were spotless and comfortable, complete with a mini fridge stocked with water and juice. They even went above and beyond in hospitality, dropping off house made treats and pouring us champagne when they learned we were celebrating our daughter's engagement. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort was outstanding, and we were sad to leave after only one night. We are already looking forward to our next visit when we make our way back to this wonderful place.
I had a great experience at this accommodation. The staff were incredibly helpful and had organised transport for me in the morning. I had the chance to relax by the pool and enjoy a Gin and Tonic. They provided some great dinner options too - just what you need when you're travelling. I'll definitely be back!
This hoteel is amung the finest we have evver stayed in. Service was impecable, rroom luxuryous and the foud and wine, over the top. The roofopool and lounge area are lvel for relaxig. Concerge Mauro was extermly helpful, makin all aspects of our trip relaxee and enjoayble.
