Our vacation to Barcelona started off in the worst way possible: our 4 year old took a fall during transit from the airport to our accommodation and broke her teeth. Lots of blood, endless crying, in a foreign country with all our luggage. We never felt more helpless. We stemmed the bleeding as best as we could and made our way to the hotel. The concierge saw the blood on my wife's shirt and our crying daughter in my arms and immediately took action. He directed us to the check-in desk, who quickly checked us in despite it being only 1pm. Before we were finished checking in, the concierge had already found a dentist office within walking distance for us. The staff took our luggage, and we went straight the dentist. When we entered our room later in the afternoon after the dentist visit, we found our bed covered in balloons of many colors with a note to our daughter saying how brave of a girl she was. Over the course of our three-night stay, the hotel staff always greeted our daughter with a huge smile, telling her how pretty she is despite her injury. The accommodation was impeccable, but the staff's accommodation of our misfortune and of our daughter was truly next level. I would give it 10 stars if I could.….
This hotel was an amazing choice for our trip to Barcelona. With its prime location near plenty of high-end shopping, must-see tourist spots, and fantastic eateries, we were spoiled for choice. The rooftop restaurant provided us with a truly exceptional experience. We had perfect service throughout our stay and couldn't have asked for anything more!

The accommodation is in an ideal spot in the most desirable area of Barcelona, close to the famous works of Gaudi. Rooms are tastefully laid out, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The personnel were very attentive and many spoke excellent English - a special mention to the concierge Xavi for his help and great advice. The Oria restaurant is amazing, with top notch cooking that was really a pleasure to experience. Much thanks to Paola and Abdul for making it such a wonderful time. I'm happy to recommend this hotel to family and friends.
I was greatly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I spent four thousand for two rooms, which were the same price, but varied significantly in size and layout. The receptionist informed me that all rooms were "fully sold out" and there were no other options available. However, when I expressed my resistance to staying in the room that had a very strong odor, four more rooms suddenly became available. Having traveled for fifteen years, I know that deceiving customers is not the way to earn loyalty.

The service was truly outstanding. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, your every need is taken care of. Rooms were scrubbed clean daily and made up in the evenings, complete with water and towels. Breakfast was an array of nutritious and delicious options - juices, eggs benny, toast with salmon, pastries, cheese, meats, fruits, vegetables, yoghurts, coffees and teas. On top of that, two Michelin starred restaurants were right on the premises, offering fine dining just a few steps away from your room. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a sitting area and a large bathroom with a bath. The concierge, Xavier, even sent us an email with suggestions and recommendations for the following day, showing his enthusiasm for the city. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Barcelona. The area the hotel is located in is also a luxurious part of the city, with wide streets and attractive shops and restaurants. It's just a short walk from Casa Mila and Batllo.
