We ? the Monument Hotel! From the moment we stepped out the taxi to the moment we left, the experience was ? and it was the staff that made it so. Incredibly ? and helpful, staff were willing to let me try my rudimentary Spanish with lots of ? and helpful hints. Room was ? designed, it made good use of the space, ? and great shower. Breakfast was ?, the chocolate croissant was to die for. We would definitely ? again next time we are in Barcelona. Thank you for making our stay so memorable ?.
From the moment you enter, it's clear that this place puts a huge emphasis on service. The staff can't do enough to make your stay perfect. The location is top notch; it's especially great for shopping and going out for a meal. Furthermore, you'd be hard-pressed to find a superior shower in any other hotel in Europe! This might sound unimportant, but when you're away from home, even the small things can make a huge difference.
This accommodation is incredibly modern and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. Everything was of the highest quality, from the bed linen to the bathroom products to the food. They really go the extra mile with multiple small extras that make you feel special and appreciated. The location is in close proximity to a range of shops, eateries and attractions, making it the perfect spot to stay. I'd happily stay here again!
I stayed at the Monument Hotel in Barcelona and it was simply amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable, and the location was perfect - close to the best restaurants and tours. The front desk and concierge provided excellent recommendations for these activities, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in Barcelona. My experience was so positive that I'm planning to visit again soon!
This property had tremendous front of house staff, however there were some issues with management that would be a good reason to look at other 5 star hotels close by. It was a disappointing experience as the issue represented taking advantage of a guest rather than providing hospitality, which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
