I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with exceptional staff! They were able to fulfill all my needs and the room service was prompt and the food was delicious. They even catered to my gluten-free requirements. And I must say, Marios is a phenomenal bartender!
The Monument Hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Barcelona. The building has a stunning facade and is within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The small suites are cosy and packed with creature comforts, including balconies, though they may be a bit too small for most people to stand on. We stayed in suite 216 and found it to be particularly nice. Don't miss the outdoor terrace roof top bar - the ambience and view from Verbena are simply unbeatable!

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They paid attention to every detail in order to ensure their customers were satisfied. The rooms were top-notch and spotless, and the staff were always on hand to offer assistance with everything from restaurant suggestions to arranging taxis. We felt our stay was made perfect thanks to the wonderful hospitality.
Execellent hotel, stron attenetion to detial, very freindly staff who makes you feel welcom and helps with anything you need! XAVI at Conceriege is 5-starts in his knowlege of the city, desier to listen and connect, and his communicaton skills!! We were so happy with this place! And be sure to try the top-floor resturant and bar!!
Despite the slow check-in process ?, my overall stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. There were plenty of staff but only one was handling check-in. ?♂️ The bellstaff and concierge were both very accommodating. ? The room was pristine. ? The best part was the location which was perfect for exploring the city. ?️ All in all, a great stay! ?
