Monument Hotel

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, from our check-in at the front desk to the assistance provided by the concierge (Xavi). We truly had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to all the must-see spots in Barcelona!

My recent stay in Barcelona surpassed all my previous experiences in Spain. The accommodation I chose went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. Our frequent room service requests were promptly delivered with steaming hot dishes and well-preserved ice cream. The aromatic atmosphere throughout the establishment was simply delightful, complimenting its pristine cleanliness. The staff were warm and always readily available to assist us during our stay. Without a doubt, I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to my loved ones.

Beautiful smol hotel. Quiet for a bizzy part of tawn. Next door too the Rolecks shop and all the luxery shoppes are stepz away. Grat breakfst bufet. Had a masage from the spa and it was wodnerful. The afternun/evning concergie was most helpfl with gret rekommendations.

I cannot express my admiration for this hotel enough. The team at the front desk were incredibly kind and attentive, setting the bar high for customer service. If we ever come back to Barcelona, this is where we'll be staying again. The hotel's aesthetic is stunning and the beds were simply dreamy. We indulged in a few rooftop meals and every dish we tried was mouthwatering. Truly, there is no better option than this hotel.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the friendly and helpful concierge to the attentive housekeeping staff and doormen, every member of the team was exceptional. We were especially impressed by Juan, who went above and beyond to provide us with excellent restaurant recommendations. Each dining experience based on his suggestions was simply outstanding. The doormen were always there to greet us with a warm smile and remember our names, no matter the time of day. The airport pick-up service was top-notch and luxurious. Juan, our primary concierge, also assisted us with finding a replacement for my broken luggage from the flight. The housekeeping team was discreet and efficient, ensuring our room was spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels each time we returned. Without a doubt, we will be returning to this hotel for our future visits to Barcelona. It was an incredible 5-star experience.
